For a strictly limited season at the MGM Grand Theater, Enzo Weyne, Andrew Basso, Gabriella Lester & Adam Trent will unite as The Horsemen, transforming the magic of the films into a live stage spectacle with never-before-seen feats of wonder.
Collectively, these illusionists have performed thousands of shows in hundreds of cities, including sell-out residencies on Broadway and across Australia, Asia and Las Vegas – leaving audiences spellbound and questioning the very limits of possibility.
Andrew Basso is an Italian magician and escape artist who performs internationally, appearing in more than 300 shows each year and reaching audiences of over half a million people annually. He starred in the international touring phenomenon The Illusionists, presenting his work on many of the world’s leading stages, including Broadway, London’s West End, the Sydney Opera House, Hollywood’s Pantages Theatre, the Kennedy Center in Washington, D.C., Arena di Verona, Moscow’s Crocus City Hall, and Dubai World Trade Centre.
Basso specialises in escapology, concentrating on physically demanding escape work requiring a high level of technical precision. In 2005, he became the youngest performer, and the first Italian, to win the Escape Champion World Title. He later received first place at the 2012 Masters of Magic championship in Italy. His work has led to frequent comparisons with Harry Houdini in international press.
In 2017, Basso published his autobiography, Believe the Impossible, released by Mondadori, documenting his journey from a small town in Italy to the world’s major stages. He has appeared extensively on television across Europe and the United States, with credits including NBC, ABC, CBS, Rai, TF1, and TV2.
In addition to his performance career, Basso founded Italy’s Prestige Magic Academy in 2009 and is an active collector of historical magic artefacts, with a particular focus on material associated with Harry Houdini.
Gabriella Lester is a 22-year-old, internationally award-winning magician from Johannesburg, South Africa. Known for her quick wit and sharp, sardonic charm, she has rapidly emerged as one of the fastest-rising performers in modern magic.
Lester made history at just 14 years old when she became one of the youngest performers ever to complete Harry Houdini’s suspended straitjacket escape. Since then, she has appeared on some of the most prestigious stages in the world, including major venues in Las Vegas, and is a frequent headliner at the world-famous Magic Castle in Hollywood. In 2023 alone, she performed more than 500 shows while solo touring across Europe and North America. Her recent appearances include Penn & Teller: Fool Us, as well as features in The New York Times.
Beyond live performance, Lester has worked as a magic consultant for film and television, including Hallmark productions and Disney’s Descendants. In 2024, she became an Associate Producer on Penn & Teller: Fool Us and was recognised as a “Canadian Rising Star.”
In 2025, Lester was cast as one of The Four Horsemen in Now You See Me Live premiering at the Sydney Opera House. Outside of magic, she is an accomplished motorcycle enthusiast and stunt double, with extensive hands-on experience in motorsports mechanics.
Adam Trent is one of the most viewed illusionists in the history of the internet with billions of views for his incredible illusions and has appeared on two major network tv specials. Adam has appeared on some of the biggest stages in the world including the sell-out record breaking box office smash, The Illusiosnts on Broadway. Adam’s magic combines cutting edge technology with sleight of hand and illusions to create an unstoppable force in magic.
Enzo Weyne is a French magician and illusion designer who performs internationally, having presented more than 1,000 shows across 40 countries. At just 35 years old, he is regarded as one of the leading figures shaping the future of modern magic. His work has reached global audiences through live performance, television, and digital platforms, including a viral performance viewed more than 80 million times within 48 hours.
Wayne has starred in the world tour of The Illusionists and has presented his own acclaimed Paris production, Au-delà des Illusions. He has appeared on major international television platforms, including Britain’s Got Talent, and has been featured in more than 100 television appearances worldwide. His career has also included collaborations with Cirque du Soleil, alongside performances on major theatrical stages and at high-profile private and corporate events.
In addition to performing, Wayne is a creator and designer of original illusions, developing technically ambitious works that combine theatrical storytelling with immersive visual design. His creations are known for their scale, precision, and emotional impact, and are the result of an exacting creative process.
Having discovered his talent at an early age, Wayne has devoted his career to redefining the boundaries of contemporary magic, establishing himself as one of the most innovative illusionists of his generation.
